The session
Through postures, breathing exercises, games, songs and relaxation, I take children step by step to discover their body and the benefits of yoga practice.
A session lasts 1 hour
Group of min. 8 and max. 12 children
Origin
The word Yoga comes from Sanskrit and means “Union”. This union exists naturally in us and is present in children. Regular yoga practice helps maintain this balance.
